1st AC, Feature Film, Miami

Hey everyone, Diana Ruiz-Perez here. I'm putting together a killer crew for an upcoming independent feature film shooting in Miami, Florida. It's a gripping crime drama with some intense character studies, think early 2000s gritty indie vibe. We're looking for a talented 1st AC to help us bring this story to life. This is a crucial role for us, ensuring our cinematography is sharp and efficient. Your main responsibilities will include pulling focus, maintaining camera equipment, preparing cameras for shoots, and working closely with our DP. Experience with various camera systems is a plus, but we're open to all experience levels if you've got a strong work ethic and a passion for film. Please have a reel or a brief portfolio of your work available for review when you apply. We are providing all camera packages, so no need to bring your own gear besides your focus pulling kit. Tentative shoot dates are late August into September, roughly 10-12 hour days. This is a paid position, offering $300-500 per day depending on experience.
