Camera Operator for Corporate Video (Entry)

Hey folks, James here. We're looking for a sharp Camera Operator for an upcoming corporate video project here in Austin. This isn't your typical dry corporate gig though, we're aiming for a fresh, engaging, and dynamic feel to showcase some innovative local tech. Think clean visuals and a modern vibe. You'll be responsible for operating our main camera, setting up shots, and working closely with the director to achieve their vision. We're looking for someone with a solid grasp of camera fundamentals, exposure, framing, and basic movements. Since this is an entry-level position, we're more interested in your potential and eagerness to learn than deep experience. You should have your own basic camera package (DSLR/mirrorless capable of 1080p, lenses, tripod). If you have a small lighting kit, that's a bonus. Please send over your reel, even if it's just student work or personal projects, so we can see your eye. Shoot dates are looking like late July / early August, likely two to three full days. We'll provide craft services, and this is a points-based project with deferred payment. Good opportunity to get some Austin-based corporate work on your reel. Let me know if you're interested!
