Cinematography for Web Series

Hey everyone, I'm a VFX Supervisor working on an exciting new independent web series shooting in Seoul. We're looking for a talented Gaffer to join our crew. This is a gritty, character-driven thriller, think "Parasite" meets "Mr. Robot" but with a unique supernatural twist. We’re pushing visual boundaries and need someone who can help us craft stunning, moody cinematography on a lean budget. As our Gaffer, you will be responsible for designing and executing lighting setups, managing all grip and electric equipment, and working closely with our DP to achieve their vision. You'll need solid experience gaffing narrative content, ideally on a web series or indie feature. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot on the fly and make creative decisions under pressure is key. Please have your own basic G&E kit, and proficiency with LED lighting is a plus. A strong reel showcasing your work is essential. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for September and October, roughly 30 days total, with some flexibility. Hours will be typical production days, so be ready for commitment. We’ll provide all specialty lighting, generators, and transportation for larger gear. This is a partnership opportunity, offering a Co-producer credit and backend participation, perfect for someone looking to invest their talent in a project with high potential.
