Cinematography for Web Series

We're shooting a quirky, character-driven comedy web series in Minneapolis around late August or early September 2026 and are looking for a Gaffer to join our small, but passionate, crew. This independent production focuses on the absurdities of modern life, with a lighthearted tone and stylized visuals. You'll be responsible for lighting design and execution, working closely with our DP to create the desired look for each scene. We're open to all experience levels, but a strong understanding of various lighting techniques, safety protocols, and a creative eye are essential. Please have your own basic G+E package, though we will provide some specialty lighting as needed. We anticipate 10-hour shoot days, 4-5 days a week, for approximately 3-4 weeks. Compensation is $2000-3000 per week, depending on experience and gear contribution. Please submit your reel and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
