Colorist, Music Video (Mid-Level)

Hey everyone, I'm Priya, a fellow colorist, and we're looking for a talented mid-level Colorist to join us for an upcoming independent music video. This project is a visually driven, high-energy pop track with some really interesting surrealist elements and a vibrant color palette, so it's a great chance to get creative. Your main responsibilities will involve conforming footage, performing primary and secondary grades, and ensuring color consistency throughout the video. We’ll be looking for someone who can translate our creative vision into a polished, professional look. We need someone with experience grading music videos, a strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your style, and proficiency in industry-standard grading software (DaVinci Resolve preferred). Please be comfortable working remotely, although we can arrange for occasional in-person collaboration in London if needed. Shoot dates are set for early May, so we're aiming for a post-production start around mid-May. Hours will be flexible but expect dedicated blocks of time. Compensation is deferred, offering points on the back end plus a deferred payment structure. This is a passion project for a small production company, so we’re seeking someone who's excited by the artistic challenge and the opportunity to contribute to a visually striking piece.
