Art Department for Pilot
Hey everyone, we're looking for an enthusiastic Art Assistant for an upcoming pilot shooting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a suspenseful drama, think "Breaking Bad" meets a slow-burn thriller, with some really interesting set pieces we need to bring to life. It's an independent production, a tight-knit crew, and a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the art department. Your main responsibilities will involve assisting the Production Designer and Art Director with set dressing, prop procurement, organization of the art department space, and general on-set support. You'll be helping with everything from sourcing period-appropriate items to ensuring continuity between takes. We're looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, and proactive. No specific gear is required for this role, but a good eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential. While this is an entry-level position, any prior experience, even volunteer work or student films, is a plus. Please don't worry about a formal reel, but feel free to share any relevant pics of your work you might have. Shoot dates are approximately 10-12 days over a 3-week period, sometime in early fall. Expect 10-12 hour days. We'll provide meals and transport to and from set if needed. This is a paid position, $150-300 per day, depending on experience. Really excited to build a strong team for this project!
