Directing for Pilot

Hey filmmakers! We're looking for a talented and experienced Director of Photography for an upcoming pilot episode. It's a dark comedy, kind of a modern-day procedural with a quirky, gritty aesthetic. We're aiming for a look that's both stylish and a little off-kilter, blending humor with some genuinely tense moments. Your main responsibility will be leading the camera and lighting department, translating the director's vision into striking visuals, and ensuring consistent quality throughout the shoot. We need someone with 3-5 years of cinematography experience, ideally on narrative projects. Please have your own camera package (cinema camera, lenses, basic accessories) as well as a lighting kit suitable for interior and exterior scenes. A strong reel showcasing your ability to create diverse moods and visual storytelling is a must. Shoot dates are tentatively set for late August, specific dates TBD, across 5 shooting days in Atlanta. Expect 10-12 hour days. We're offering $250 flat per shooting day. Production will provide craft services, catering, and transportation to specific locations if needed. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an independent production with a lot of creative potential.
