Director for Sci-Fi Drama Pilot

Seeking an experienced Director to helm a Sci-Fi Drama pilot, a grounded, character-driven story exploring the ethics of artificial intelligence. We need someone who can translate an intricate screenplay into compelling visuals and powerful performances from day one. Your key responsibility will be to lead the creative vision, working closely with the DP and cast to achieve a nuanced, suspenseful tone. We're looking for a senior-level director with a strong cinematic voice and a track record of guiding actors through complex emotional arcs. Please provide a reel demonstrating your narrative work, ideally with experience in the sci-fi or dramatic genres. This is an independent production, shooting approximately 5-6 days in early to mid-August in Brooklyn, likely 10-hour days.
