Line Producer, Corporate Video (Brooklyn)

Seeking an experienced Line Producer to take charge of our upcoming corporate video project from pre-production through delivery. We are an independent production team working on a series of branded content pieces for a tech client. The tone is professional and informative, with a modern, dynamic visual style. This isn't your average talking head video; we're aiming for high production value to showcase innovative solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in managing budgets, schedules, logistics, and crew. You'll be the backbone of the production, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on budget. Key responsibilities include creating and tracking budgets, managing vendor relationships, coordinating location logistics, securing permits, and overseeing production operations. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Line Producer on corporate or commercial projects. A strong network of local crew and vendors in Brooklyn and NYC is a plus. Please share your reel or portfolio showcasing previous Line Producing work, specifically highlighting budget management and logistical successes. We anticipate pre-production starting immediately and continuing through the last week of September 2026. Shoot dates are tentatively planned for early to mid-October 2026, over approximately 5-7 shooting days. We anticipate about 3 weeks of work total. This is a paid position, offering $2000-3000/week. We'll provide necessary equipment, insurance, and catering during shoot days.
