Line Producer, Music Video - LA

We're producing an independent R&B music video for a breakthrough artist, aiming for a stylish, narrative-driven piece with a touch of surrealism. It's a passion project with high creative aspirations, and we need a skilled Line Producer to help us bring it to life efficiently. This is a chance to be part of a visually compelling project that will make a splash. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and managing the budget, overseeing scheduling, coordinating logistics for crew, talent, and locations, and generally keeping the production on track from pre-production through wrap. You'll be instrumental in ensuring we maximize our resources while maintaining creative integrity. We're looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of line producing experience, specifically on music videos or short-form narrative content. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a clear understanding of independent production workflows are essential. Experience with Movie Magic Budgeting or similar software is a plus. Please provide references from past projects. We anticipate a 3-week prep period starting in late September 2026, leading into a 2-day shoot planned for mid-November 2026. This is a local hire position in Los Angeles. Compensation is $200-400 per day, dependent on experience and scope. Meals and production insurance will be provided.
