Line Producer, Short Film - Toronto

We are seeking an enthusiastic Line Producer for an independent dramatic short film shooting in Toronto, ON, with an estimated 3-day principal photography window around mid October 2026. This is a powerful, character-driven story exploring themes of memory and grief, with a slightly surreal, intimate tone. We are a small production company looking for someone to help bring this vision to life efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include assisting with budget management, coordinating logistics for locations and equipment rentals, managing crew scheduling, and overseeing on-set operations to ensure a smooth production flow. You'll be working closely with our Director and Production Coordinator to keep us on track. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to step up into a Line Producer role. Prior production coordination or assistant experience on short films or small-scale projects is highly valued. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a good understanding of independent film workflows.
