Line Producer, Web Series - Detroit

An independent production team is seeking an entry-level Line Producer for an exciting new web series filming in Detroit, MI. This project is a character-driven sci-fi comedy with a grounded, quirky tone, exploring themes of friendship and unexpected adventures. We're looking for someone enthusiastic to join a small, dedicated crew and help bring this unique story to life. Key responsibilities include assisting with budget management and tracking, scheduling logistics for talent and crew, coordinating equipment rentals, managing location permits and access, and overseeing day-to-day on-set operations to ensure a smooth production flow. Candidates should have a strong understanding of production workflows, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Experience with production software (e.g., budgeting, scheduling) is a plus. While specific gear is not required for this role, familiarity with typical indie film equipment is beneficial. Please include any relevant production experience or a brief explanation of your interest in line producing in your application. We anticipate approximately 3 weeks of work, primarily during November 2026. Specific shoot dates and hours will be confirmed closer to production, but expect full production days. Compensation is to be determined based on experience. We'll provide essential production resources and a collaborative work environment.
