Location Scout for Corporate Video

Looking for an experienced Location Scout to join our team for an upcoming corporate video project in the Los Angeles area. This piece will be a high-end, sleek promotional video for a tech startup, showcasing their innovative product in stylish, modern environments. We need someone with a keen eye for architectural and contemporary spaces, someone who can find locations that feel sophisticated and aspirational. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and securing diverse location options, including modern office buildings, creative workspaces, and sleek residential interiors. We'll need a range of options, from bright and airy to more intimate settings. You'll be responsible for initial scouting, photography, gathering pertinent information (contact, rates, availability), and liaising with property owners. You should have your own reliable transportation and scouting kit. A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your scouting work, especially for corporate or commercial projects, is essential. Shoot dates are approximate, targeting late Q3/early Q4. Working hours will be flexible during the scouting phase, with some evening and weekend availability potentially required. We're offering a deferred compensation package (points + deferred) for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a visually driven project with a small, dedicated team.
