Locations Scout/Manager, Feature Film (Miami)

Hey everyone, Jalen here, a Set PA working on an independent feature film shooting in Miami. We're on the lookout for a passionate Locations Scout or Manager to join our team. This is a gritty, character-driven drama, think a modern neo-noir vibe, and it's got some really compelling twists. We need someone who knows Miami like the back of their hand and can help us find those perfect, atmospheric spots. Your main gig will be scouting and securing various locations, coordinating access with owners, and handling permits. You'll work closely with our production designer and director to bring their vision to life. No specific gear is required from you, just your location expertise and a driver's license. We're open to all experience levels, whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro. If you have a portfolio or examples of past locations you've secured, that would be awesome but not essential. We can be flexible on shoot dates within July and August, generally 10-12 hour days. Per diem and mileage will be provided on top of the daily rate. We're a small but dedicated crew, and this is a great chance to be part of an exciting project.
