Production Coordinator, Nashville Commercial Shoot

Hey folks, Andre here. I'm a music composer working on an upcoming commercial shoot in Nashville and we need a solid Production Coordinator to join our team. This is for an independent production, a fun, fast-paced commercial for a local business, with a real upbeat and energetic vibe. You'll be helping keep things running smoothly on set, assisting with logistics, scheduling, and generally being the glue that holds our day together. This includes coordinating talent, managing releases, handling crafty, and keeping track of the shoot schedule. We're looking for someone with around 2-3 years of experience in production coordination, ideally on commercial sets. A strong knack for organization and a proactive attitude are key. Please share your reel or a summary of relevant experience. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-June (2-3 days total), with some prep work beforehand. Expect full days, likely 10-12 hours.
