Production for Commercial

Hey everyone, Damon here. I'm putting together a crew for an upcoming commercial shoot in New York City and need a solid Gaffer. It's a fun, upbeat spot for a new tech product, think bright, clean aesthetic with a bit of a modern edge. We'll be shooting primarily indoors, but will have some exterior shots as well. Your main gig will be setting up and managing all lighting, working closely with our DP to bring their vision to life, and ensuring everything is safely rigged. You'll need to know your way around various lighting setups, have good problem-solving skills, and be a team player. Please have your own basic kit (stands, stingers, general electrical safety gear) though we'll be renting any specialized lighting fixtures. Experience on commercial sets is a big plus, but I'm open to seeing reels from talented folks at any level. Shoot dates are tentatively set for the first two weeks of July, Monday through Friday, usually 10-hour days. We'll provide lunch and craft services, of course. Looking forward to hearing from you.
