Production for Music Video

Hey everyone, I'm Rachel, a documentary editor, and I'm helping a colleague find some crew for an upcoming music video shoot. We're looking for either a 1st AC or a Camera Operator for a vibrant, high-energy music video for an independent artist. The concept involves some cool practical effects and dynamic movement, so we need someone who's quick on their feet and has a good eye. Key responsibilities include camera setup, maintaining focus, potentially operating a camera for specific shots, and ensuring all camera equipment is handled professionally. You should have your own kit, preferably a mirrorless or DSLR setup, and experience with music video sets is a plus, but not required if you're eager to learn and have a strong portfolio. Please share your reel or relevant work samples. We're shooting in Brooklyn, NY, for approximately 1-2 days around late July/early August, exact dates TBD. We're looking at 10-12 hour days. Compensation is $100-$200 per day, depending on experience and role. Craft services and lunch will be provided.
