Web Series Lead Editor, Partnership

Hey filmmakers, I'm a cinematographer putting together a small, independent production team for an exciting new web series. We're looking for a sharp Lead Editor to join us on a partnership basis. This is a dramatic, character-driven series with comedic undertones think 'Atlanta' meets 'Insecure' offering a chance to really shape the final narrative and pacing. You'd be responsible for assembling raw footage, polishing cuts, potentially handling color basic correction, and working closely with the director to realize their vision. We're looking for someone with a solid reel that shows strong storytelling and rhythm, comfortable with Adobe Premiere Pro and ideally some experience with color grading. This is a chance to get a co-producer credit and backend participation, sharing in the project's success. Shoot dates are still being finalized but looking at a 3-4 week block in late summer/early fall. Post-production would be spread out over a couple of months, flexible hours. We'll provide lunch on shoot days, and a comfortable, collaborative editing environment. Let's make something great together!
