Screenwriter for New Sci-Fi Pilot (Remote OK)

Looking for a talented screenwriter to join an independent production and help bring a captivating new sci-fi pilot to life. This project blends dystopian themes with a hopeful, character-driven narrative, exploring humanity's resilience in a challenging future. We're aiming for a tone that's both thought-provoking and emotionally resonant. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the foundational story of an upcoming series. Your main responsibility will be developing and refining the pilot script, working closely with the creative team to ensure a strong narrative arc, compelling characters, and engaging dialogue. We'll be looking for someone who can translate complex concepts into accessible storytelling and has a knack for world-building within a script. We're seeking a mid-career writer with a solid portfolio of screenwriting experience, ideally with sci-fi or genre credits.
