Senior PD for Dark Comedy Pilot

Hey everyone, looking for a talented Production Designer for an upcoming independent pilot. This is a dark comedy, 20-25 pages, with a slightly surreal, unsettling tone. Think "Nathan For You" meets "Twin Peaks." We've got some really unique locations lined up, so we need someone who can work creatively within existing spaces and elevate them to fit our specific aesthetic. Your primary role will be to interpret the script's visual needs, create storyboards and mood boards, source and manage props, and oversee set dressing. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail and experience working with limited budgets, finding creative solutions. You'll need to have your own basic kit of tools and materials for set dressing, and a reliable vehicle for transport. Please send over your portfolio or reel showcasing your design work, particularly anything with a comedic or offbeat sensibility. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late July, over 5-6 days. We're looking at 10-12 hour days. Lunch and crafty will be provided. Compensation is $100-200 per day, depending on experience.
