We need someone for approximately 8-10 weeks of work starting mid September 2026, with deferred pay to be remunerated upon project distribution. This upcoming project is a dark comedy web series, exploring absurd situations with dry wit and a fast-paced narrative style. It's a character-driven piece that promises creative challenges and a strong portfolio addition. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily production logistics, coordinating crew and equipment rentals, assisting with location permits, tracking expenditures, and ensuring smooth communication across all departments. This is a crucial role for keeping our set running efficiently. Applicants should have significant experience (5+ years) in production coordination or management, ideally on web series or short-form content. A strong understanding of independent film workflows and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. While no specific gear is required for this role, proficiency with common production software (e.g., scheduling, budgeting tools) is a must.
