Senior Sound Designer, Commercial (Remote OK)

Hey Vancouver sound pros! I'm a camera op putting together a team for an upcoming commercial project. We're looking for a senior sound designer to bring their magic to a visually striking, fast-paced commercial spot for a tech brand. Think sleek, modern, and impactful audio to match high-concept visuals. This isn't your average corporate gig, we're aiming for something memorable. Your main responsibilities will include creating and implementing all sound effects, foley, and atmosphere. We’ll need someone who can work collaboratively with the editing team and has a keen ear for detail and rhythm. You’ll be responsible for the final sound mix and mastering for broadcast quality. We're looking for someone with significant experience in commercial sound design, specifically with examples that showcase dynamic storytelling through audio. Please have your own pro-level sound design software and access to a high-quality sound effects library. A strong reel demonstrating your expertise in commercial or short-form content is essential. This project will primarily involve post-production work, with a flexible schedule over a 3-4 week period once picture lock is achieved, likely in late July.
