Sound Design for Music Video

An independent production is seeking a talented entry-level Sound Designer for an upcoming music video project. We're crafting a visually striking, emotionally charged music video that blends surrealism with raw, intimate performance. The right sound design will be crucial in elevating the atmospheric tone and enhancing the narrative flow, creating a truly immersive experience for the viewer. This isn't just about mixing; it's about crafting an auditory landscape that tells a story. We need someone with a keen ear for detail and a creative approach to soundscapes. You'll be responsible for all aspects of post-production audio, including foley, sound effects, ambience, and final mix, working closely with the director to achieve the desired sonic vision. Ideal candidates will have their own sound design software suite, a strong portfolio showcasing previous creative sound work (even student or passion projects), and a good understanding of music video post-production workflows. We anticipate approximately 1-2 weeks of remote work, with an estimated delivery date in the last week of September 2026.
