Sound Design for Pilot

Seeking a talented Sound Designer for an upcoming pilot project, a dark comedy with elements of psychological thriller. We're looking to create an unsettling, atmospheric world through sound, mixing subtle naturalism with more stylized, abstract elements to enhance the story's unique tone. Your main responsibility will be creating and implementing all sound effects, Foley (though I'll be handling some of that in-house), and ambiences, as well as working closely with the director and composer to integrate music and dialogue effectively. You'll need your own workstation and sound library, and proficiency with industry-standard DAWs like Pro Tools, Nuendo, or Reaper. Please provide a link to your reel showcasing previous sound design work. We anticipate about 3 weeks of work, starting in late August 2026, with flexible hours. This is an independent production, so clear communication is key. We're offering $200-400 per day, negotiable based on experience. We're aiming to wrap up applications by September 29, 2026.
