Sound Designer, Corporate Video (Entry Level)
This job posting is closed.
Hey everyone, Elena here. We’re an independent production company working on an engaging corporate video for a wellness brand, and we’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic entry-level Sound Designer. This isn’t your typical corporate gig; we're going for a really fresh, modern, and inspiring tone, focusing on a visually driven narrative that needs a thoughtful soundscape to bring it to life. Your main responsibilities will include creating and placing sound effects, designing ambient beds, and foley work to enhance the on-screen action and emotional beats. You'll be working closely with our editor to ensure everything syncs up perfectly and supports the overall vision. We need someone who has a good ear, a passion for detail, and a solid understanding of audio post-production software (think Pro Tools, Audition, or similar). While this is an entry-level position, a demo reel showcasing your sound design work, even from student films or personal projects, is a must. We anticipate this will be a 2-3 day project, sometime in late July or early August, with flexible hours depending on the post-production schedule. We’re providing all the video assets, and we’re set up for remote collaboration, though we're based in New York. We're offering between $1000-$1500 per day for your expertise. Please send over your reel and a brief note about why you're interested.
