Sound Designer for Alt-Pop Music Video

Our upcoming independent music video is a vibrant, psychedelic alt-pop piece that blends live-action performance with abstract animation, exploring themes of transformation and escapism. We're seeking a talented Sound Designer to craft an immersive sonic landscape that complements the visual storytelling and enhances the song's unique energy. You'll be responsible for all sound effects, foley, and ambient textures, ensuring they integrate with the music track. We're looking for someone creative who can bring a fresh perspective to sound design, pushing boundaries while maintaining a cohesive auditory experience. The ideal candidate will have their own sound design software and access to a decent sound library. Experience with music videos or experimental projects is a plus, but we're open to all experience levels, so please share your reel or a portfolio of your work. The shoot is a 1-2 day commitment in early September 2026, with post-production work extending through September 2026, requiring approximately 3 weeks of work. We're a small production company and this is a partnership opportunity, offering an equity stake in the project. We'll provide location access, raw footage, and the final music track.
