VFX for Feature Film

Hey everyone, I'm Zara and I'm looking for a talented Junior VFX Artist for an exciting independent feature film shooting in London. It's a dark fantasy project with a really unique visual style, blending practical effects with subtle, atmospheric digital enhancements. We're aiming for a grimy, realistic feel with magical flourishes, not a big blockbuster look. We need someone who can help bring some of those impossible elements to life. Your main responsibilities will include rotoscoping, basic compositing, clean-up work, and potentially tracking shots. We're looking for someone with a solid grasp of Nuke or similar compositing software. You should have some prior experience, perhaps from short films or student projects, and a reel showcasing your best work is a must. Bring your own laptop with the necessary software installed. This is a great opportunity to get some feature film experience on a project that's really pushing boundaries visually. We're looking at approximately 20-30 days of work over the course of the post-production period, likely starting in late summer, with flexible hours. Compensation is £150-300 per day, depending on experience. We'll be providing all necessary assets and clear briefs for each task. Looking forward to seeing your reels!
