VFX for Music Video

Seeking a talented VFX Artist for a dynamic music video shoot in Austin, TX, with a rate of $1000-1500 per day. We're looking at a 2-3 day shoot window sometime in the first half of September 2026, with post-production work extending over approximately 2-3 weeks. This independent production features a high-energy pop-punk track that blends live action with surreal, stylized effects, aiming for a vibrant, slightly chaotic aesthetic. Key responsibilities include creating visually compelling effects, compositing elements, and integrating CGI with practical footage to enhance the video's energetic tone. We need someone who can bring creative solutions and a sharp eye for detail to this project. Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in music video or commercial VFX, proficiency with Nuke, After Effects, or equivalent software, and ideally experience with motion graphics. A strong reel showcasing your best work in similar styles is essential. You'll work closely with the director and editor to refine effects. We provide lunch on shoot days, and all necessary footage and assets for post-production.
