Navigating HDR Costs: Seeking Advice from Fellow Operators

Hey everyone, as a Drone Operator, I'm trying to figure out how others are handling the increasing demand for HDR deliverables, specifically Dolby Vision. My day rates usually cover my KOMODO-X and my MōVI Pro, but the HDR side is becoming a big line item. I'm seeing rental houses charging $250-500/day for decent HDR monitors, then clients are expecting a 3-10% color budget premium for Dolby Vision, and the grading time itself stretches out. For a recent project shooting with an ALEXA Mini, I tried to pass some costs along, but got pushback. For smaller commercial gigs, adding $2000+ for just the monitoring and grading is a significant jump. How are you all factoring these additional costs into your proposals without scaring off clients? Is there a standard way to present these line items?
