Production Coordinator, Commercial Shoot

Hey filmmakers. I'm Natalie, a Location Manager here in NYC. We're looking for a sharp Production Coordinator for an upcoming commercial shoot. It's a fun, upbeat spot for a well-known lifestyle brand, showcasing real people in authentic city settings. We're aiming for a polished, energetic feel. We need someone organized and proactive to keep everything running smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating vendor relations, tracking expenses, and generally being the glue for our production team. You'll be working closely with me and the other department heads. Preferably, you've got about 3-5 years of experience coordinating commercial shoots, ideally in New York. While we're not expecting you to bring your own office gear, familiarity with budgeting software (like Movie Magic) and production management platforms is a big plus. We’d love to see a brief resume or list of recent projects. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late May/early June, about 3-4 days on set, plus prep. It’s an independent production, so expect solid, but not insane, hours. We'll provide lunch and snacks on set, and a positive, collaborative environment.
