Camera Assistant, Corporate Video Series - Prague

Hey everyone, Tomáš here. I'm a gaffer working on an independent production out of Prague and we're looking for a sharp Camera Assistant for an upcoming corporate video series. We're shooting a few explainer videos and internal comms for a tech firm, so think clean, polished visuals with a bit of a modern, almost documentary-lite feel. It's not super flashy, but it's a great opportunity to work with a solid crew and get some good corporate experience under your belt. Your main gig will be assisting the DP, handling lenses, keeping everything organized, and generally being an extra set of eyes and hands on set. We'll need you to manage batteries, assist with setups and breakdowns, and keep the camera department running smoothly. We're generally working with a RED Komodo setup, so any experience with those systems would be a plus, but not essential. More importantly, we're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and good at anticipating needs. A basic understanding of camera equipment and on-set etiquette is a must. If you have a decent gear package you can bring, even just a good toolkit or follow focus, that’s a bonus but not a requirement. Shoot dates are roughly mid-July, about 3-4 days spread over a couple of weeks, mostly 10-hour days. We're providing lunch and some snacks on set, of course. Flat rate is $250 a day.
