Associate Producer, Feature Doc (Atlanta)

Seeking an experienced Associate Producer (mid-level) for an intimate, character-driven feature documentary exploring themes of community and resilience within Atlanta's often-overlooked neighborhoods. This is an independent production with a compelling story at its heart, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project. We're looking for someone with a strong organizational mind and a passion for non-fiction storytelling. Key responsibilities include assisting with pre-production logistics, scheduling, coordinating interviews, managing on-set needs, and contributing to archival research. You'll work closely with the director and a small production team. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in documentary production, demonstrable experience with field coordination and basic production management, and a good understanding of independent film workflows. While not strictly required, familiarity with Atlanta's diverse communities is a plus. We use standard production software, so proficiency there is helpful.
