Gaffer (Web Series, New York)

Hey all, I'm looking for a talented Gaffer to join our independent web series. It's a dark comedy, kind of an absurd take on office politics, with a real dry wit and some surreal elements. We're shooting in various practical New York locations, so we need someone who can work on their feet and be creative with lighting setups in diverse environments. You'll be responsible for designing and executing the lighting plans, managing the grip and electric team, and ensuring a consistent visual style throughout the series. We need someone with solid experience gaffing web series or similar narrative projects. Please have your own basic G&E package, though we'll be renting specialized gear as needed. A strong reel showcasing your narrative work is a must. Shoot dates are approximately 10-12 days scattered across June, typically 10-hour days. We'll provide lunch and transportation to our various locations if you don't drive. This is a great opportunity to contribute creatively to an exciting upcoming project with a passionate team.
