1st AC (Commercial) - LA

Looking for a skilled 1st Assistant Camera for an upcoming commercial shoot in Los Angeles. This is a punchy, visually driven ad for a tech startup, showcasing a new app in a dynamic, modern style. The tone is energetic and clean, leaning into a slightly futuristic aesthetic. We need someone who can keep things sharp and moving. Your primary responsibilities will include pulling precise focus, maintaining camera systems, and managing lens changes efficiently. We're shooting on a high-end cinema camera, so familiarity with ARRI or RED systems is a must. You should own your own essential 1st AC kit (slates, marks, cleaning supplies, and any preferred tools). A reel demonstrating your focus pulling expertise on previous commercial or narrative projects is required. We're looking at approximately 2-3 shoot days around late August or early September 2026, likely 10-12 hour days. Lunch and craft services will be provided on set. This is a great opportunity to work on a fun, fast-paced independent production with a positive crew. Day rate is $150-300, depending on experience and kit.
