Production for Commercial

Seeking a talented Gaffer for a 2-day commercial shoot in New Orleans, LA, paying $200-400/day, based on experience. This is for an independent production, a visually driven spot for a local craft beverage brand. The tone is vibrant and modern, focusing on natural light enhancements and creative product isolation. We aim for a high-quality, polished look that stands out. You'll be responsible for executing the lighting plan, managing grip and electric equipment, and ensuring safe power distribution. We need someone with mid-level commercial or narrative experience, a strong understanding of various lighting techniques, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a small, dynamic crew. Experience with LED and HMI fixtures is a plus. Please be prepared to provide your own basic toolkit (meters, gloves, etc.). We're looking at early October 2026 for the shoot dates, likely 10-12 hour days. Production will provide all major lighting and grip packages, catering, and water.
