Camera for Commercial

Our independent production is assembling a small, dedicated crew for an upcoming commercial project and we're looking to bring on a skilled 1st Assistant Camera. This spot is for a lifestyle brand, focusing on capturing authentic, vibrant moments with a clean, modern aesthetic. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and can maintain critical focus and camera readiness throughout the shoot. Key responsibilities include precision focus pulling, managing camera accessories and lens changes, battery management, and general camera department organization. You'll be working closely with the Director of Photography to ensure all technical camera needs are met. Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience as a 1st AC on commercial or narrative sets. You must own your own follow focus system and essential camera tools, though the main camera package will be provided. A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating your work is essential. This will be a 1-2 day shoot, likely falling in the last week of October 2026. Long days are to be expected, but we prioritize a professional and respectful set. Compensation is $250 per day flat.
