MVI Cam Op (Arri experience a plus)

Hey filmmakers, I'm a documentary editor working on an exciting new music video project and we're looking for a skilled Camera Operator to join our team. This is for an independent production, a high-energy pop track with a vibrant, colorful aesthetic. Think dynamic movement, creative lighting, and a fun, energetic vibe. We're aiming for a polished, professional look despite our indie roots. Your primary responsibility will be operating an Arri Alexa Mini (provided by production, but familiarity is key) and working closely with our DP to execute their vision for each shot. We'll need a steady hand, a good eye for composition, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of paid camera operating experience on similar projects, like music videos or commercials. You should have a strong reel that demonstrates your operating skills. We'll also ask for references. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-July, for 2-3 days, 10-hour days. Location will be various spots around Brooklyn. Compensation is $100-200/day, depending on experience. Lunch and snacks will be provided on set. Please submit your resume and reel for consideration.
