1st AC, Music Video (San Francisco)

Hey everyone, I'm a VFX artist working on an upcoming independent music video and we're looking for a skilled 1st Assistant Camera for our San Francisco shoot. This is a high-energy, vibrant R&B/pop video with some exciting visual concepts, so creativity and quick thinking are definitely a plus. Your main responsibilities will include pulling sharp focus, managing camera equipment, and assisting our DP with lens changes and setup. We're looking for someone who has their own modern camera package (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket, Sony FX3/FX6, or similar for a cinematic look) and basic lens kit, along with relevant experience on previous music videos, shorts, or indie features. Please send over your reel or relevant work examples. We anticipate a 1-2 day shoot, likely mid-November, exact dates TBD based on artist availability. Days will be 10-12 hours. We'll provide craft services, lunch, and transportation support if needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate on a dynamic project with a passionate crew. Compensation is $1000-1500 per day, dependent on experience and equipment package.
