1st AC, Sci-Fi Pilot (Partnership)

Hey filmmakers, I'm Tanya Volkov, a DP working on an exciting sci-fi pilot, and I'm looking for a talented 1st Assistant Camera. This project is an independent production, a proof-of-concept for a larger series, with a unique blend of gritty realism and fantastical elements. Think 'Children of Men' meets 'Arrival' in terms of visual ambition. We're looking for someone eager to be a core part of a passion project. Your main gig will be pulling focus, managing camera gear, and keeping our RED Komodo rig running smoothly. You'll be working directly with me, so good communication and a sharp eye are essential. Ideally, you'll have some experience with cinema cameras, especially RED, and know your way around a set. We'll need you to bring your own follow focus system, monitor, and basic AC kit. In return, we're offering a Co-producer credit and backend participation, as this is a true partnership. We anticipate shooting for 4-5 days around late July/early August, mostly day shoots. We'll cover meals on set and transportation to and from our locations in the LA area. Please share your reel or relevant work demonstrating your focus pulling skills.
