Senior Production Coordinator, Miami Commercial

Hey Miami crew, we're looking for a sharp Senior Production Coordinator for an upcoming commercial project. This isn't your average shoot, we're creating some really visually dynamic content for a tech brand, with a modern, high-energy vibe. It's a national spot, so the production value will be high. Your main gig will be keeping all our ducks in a row, from scheduling and logistics to vendor management and budget tracking. You'll be the glue that holds our team together, coordinating travel, crew, equipment rentals, and making sure everything runs smoothly on set. We need someone who can anticipate needs and troubleshoot problems before they start heating up. You should have solid commercial production experience, at least 5+ years, and a really strong understanding of how to manage a fast-paced set. Familiarity with local Miami vendors and crew is a big plus. We're looking for someone who's proactive, organized, and has excellent communication skills. A good sense of humor doesn't hurt either! Shoot dates are looking like late July, with prep starting a few weeks before. Expect full days, as is typical with commercials. We'll provide lunch, snacks, and all the usual production support.
