Hey team, I'm a Post-Production Supervisor on an upcoming project and we're looking for a sharp Assistant Editor for a series of commercial spots. These are quick, punchy, visually driven ads for a lifestyle brand, so we need someone who can keep up with a fast pace and tight deadlines. Think modern aesthetics, dynamic cuts, and a generally upbeat, energetic vibe. Your main responsibilities will include ingesting footage, syncing audio, organizing media, creating selects reels, and managing project files for our lead editor. We'll also need you to do some basic assembly edits, prepare final exports for social media platforms, and handle quality control checks. Attention to detail is crucial here, and efficiency is key. We're looking for someone with around 2-3 years of assistant editing experience, ideally in the commercial world. You should be highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and have a good understanding of media management workflows. Please have a reel or some work samples that demonstrate your organizational skills and any editing you've done. We're providing the editing suite and equipment, so you just need to bring your expertise. This will be an in-person gig in Los Angeles, near Culver City, and we're looking at a commitment of roughly 4-5 weeks, starting mid-June.
