Post-Production for Commercial

Hey everyone, I'm cutting some really interesting commercial spots for an independent production, and we're looking for a top-tier Senior Colorist to join the team. These aren't your typical, dry corporate ads; we're playing with unique visual styles, often blending surreal elements with naturalistic aesthetics. It's a chance to really leave your mark on some visually driven pieces. Your main gig will be delivering final color grades, ensuring strong continuity across various campaign deliverables, and collaborating closely with myself and the director to achieve the desired look and feel. We're looking for someone with significant experience (7+ years) specifically in commercial grading, a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, and a deep understanding of modern color workflows. Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve is a must, and we'd prefer someone who owns their own calibrated suite or has ready access to one in London. Please have a fantastic reel that showcases your artistic eye and technical prowess. We're envisioning shoot dates (for current projects) to wrap in the next few weeks, with grading starting mid-July. We're aiming for a flexible schedule, project-dependent, but expect a solid commitment during crunch times. We're offering a co-producer credit and a share of the backend, as this is an exciting opportunity to partner on high-quality independent campaigns.
