Camera for Music Video

Hey ACs, I'm Wayne, a Marine Coordinator, and I'm helping pull together a team for an upcoming independent music video. We're shooting a high-energy, visually driven track for an established hip-hop artist, leaning into a really cool Afrofuturist vibe with some slick practical effects and unique locations around Atlanta. We need a solid 1st AC to keep our cameras dialed in and everything running smoothly on set. Your main gig will be pulling focus, managing lens changes, building and tearing down the camera package, and general camera department organization. We're looking for someone with a good understanding of various camera systems and a strong work ethic. You don't need years of big-budget experience, but if you've got a reel or some work to show, that's a plus. Having your own basic kit (tools, monitor, marking disks, etc.) would be great, but we'll provide the main camera package ( likely an Arri Alexa Mini LF or similar). We're planning for approximately two weeks of shooting, aiming for late June or early July, full 10-12 hour days. This is a paid gig, $2000-3000/week, depending on experience.
