Camera Operator for Upbeat Music Video

Hey everyone, I'm a Wardrobe Supervisor working on an upcoming music video and we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Camera Operator to join our team. This is for an independent production, an upbeat, vibrant pop track with a focus on dynamic visuals and energetic performances. We're aiming for a fresh, modern aesthetic, lots of movement and creative shot composition to match the music. It's going to be a fun shoot with a great crew. As our Camera Operator, you'll be responsible for executing the director's vision, operating the camera on set, and ensuring all shots are technically sound and aesthetically pleasing. We're looking for someone with a good eye and a collaborative spirit. You should have your own camera package, ideally a cinema camera (e.g., Blackmagic Pocket, Sony FX3, A7SIII or similar) with a standard set of lenses. A strong reel showcasing your operating skills, especially with dynamic movement and performance, is a must. This is an entry-level position, so enthusiasm and a willingness to learn on set are absolutely key. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for late July for 3-4 days in Los Angeles. We anticipate long, typical music video shoot days but will provide meals and craft services. This is a paid position, offering $2000-3000/week depending on experience and gear package.
