Camera for Commercial

Hey filmmakers, I'm a Makeup Department Head putting together a small, independent commercial project and am looking for a talented Camera Operator to join our team. We're shooting a short, stylish ad for a lifestyle brand, think sophisticated and clean visuals with a friendly, inviting tone. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an upcoming project with a passionate crew. Your main responsibilities will involve operating our primary camera package, working closely with the Cinematographer to execute their vision and ensure top-notch image quality. We're looking for someone with a good eye, attention to detail, and who knows their way around various camera systems. While we prefer some commercial experience, we're open to all experience levels if you have a strong reel that demonstrates your skills. Please have your own basic camera kit available, though primary camera packages will be provided. Shoot dates are tentatively scheduled for mid-July, likely 2-3 full days in New York City. Specific hours will be discussed during interviews. This is an equity partnership opportunity, meaning you'll receive a percentage of the project's profit rather than a day rate upfront.
