Hey Atlanta crew, I'm Darius, a Best Boy, and I'm looking for a solid Grip to join our team for an upcoming independent web series. We're shooting a dark comedy, kind of a quirky, offbeat vibe about a group of friends trying to start a bizarre new business. It's going to be a fun, creative project with a lot of room for visual storytelling. As our Grip, you'll be essential in building and maintaining lighting setups, rigging equipment, and assisting with camera support. We'll be working with a small but dedicated crew. Prior experience as a Grip or in a similar production role is a must, even if it's on student films or small independent projects. Please have a basic understanding of grip equipment and safety protocols. While we won't require you to bring specific gear, having some of your own basic tools is always a plus. Shoot dates are approximately late July to early August, likely spread out over 5-7 days. We're expecting 10-12 hour days. We'll provide meals and water on set, of course. Compensation is $100-200 per day, depending on experience. Please send over your resume and a brief description of your relevant experience.
