Art Coordinator, Feature Film (Paid)

Hey folks, Natalie Rosen here. Our independent production is gearing up for an exciting feature film shoot in New York and we're looking for a sharp Art Coordinator to join our team. It's a dark comedy, kind of a quirky character study, with a really interesting visual style that will rely heavily on practical sets and unique locations. We're aiming for a slightly theatrical, almost Wes Anderson vibe in some places. You'd be instrumental in supporting our Production Designer, managing art department logistics, tracking purchases, coordinating set dressing, and generally keeping everything organized. Experience with independent features is a plus, but we're open to all experience levels if you're eager and a fast learner. A strong knack for organization and communication is key here. We're planning for approximately 6-8 weeks of work starting late summer, specific dates TBD but will be weekdays, standard 10-12 hour days. We'll provide a full kit of tools, petty cash, and a production vehicle for runs. Rate is $1000-1500/day, depending on experience.
