Art Assistant, Web Series (Sydney)

Hey film fam, Isla here, I'm a Costume Designer looking for a talented Art Assistant to join our independent web series production in Sydney. This is an exciting, character-driven comedy with a touch of surrealism that we're hoping to launch later this year. It's going to be a lot of fun. As our Art Assistant, you'll be working closely with the Art Director on set dressing, prop sourcing, and overall visual continuity. You'll be helping bring our quirky world to life, so a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving are essential. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to get their foot in the door in the art department. While personal gear isn't a strict requirement, any basic tools or experience with set construction, even school projects, would be a big plus. We're looking at approximately 3-4 shoot days per week over a two-week period in late July/early August, roughly 10-hour days. Travel expenses within the Sydney metro area will be covered, and lunch, snacks, and good coffee will be provided on set. Pay is $500-800 AUD per day, depending on experience.
