Art Department for Feature Film

Looking for a talented and organized Art Coordinator to join the team for an upcoming independent feature film, a suspenseful drama with a unique, stylized aesthetic. As Art Coordinator, you'll be crucial in supporting the Art Director and Production Designer, managing budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure our vision comes to life. Your responsibilities will include tracking expenditures, coordinating rentals, managing art department personnel schedules, and overseeing set dressing deliveries and returns. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute significantly to an ambitious project. We're seeking someone with 3-5 years of experience in film art departments, preferably in a coordinator or assistant art director role. Experience with budget tracking software is a plus.
