Art Assistant, Corporate Video (SF)

Seeking an Art Assistant for a 1-2 day corporate video shoot in San Francisco, offering deferred pay with an estimated 3 weeks of work total (prep, shoot, wrap). We're producing an engaging, visually polished corporate video for a tech startup, showcasing their new product launch with a clean, modern aesthetic. Think dynamic visuals and sleek product integration. We need someone who can help bring our art direction to life. Your key responsibilities will include assisting our Art Director with set dressing, prop sourcing and management, light construction or modification of set pieces, and ensuring continuity during the shoot days. This is a hands-on role requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be familiar with corporate video aesthetics and comfortable with practical effects and physical builds. Required experience: 1-3 years in art department roles on commercial, corporate, or independent film productions. Please provide a link to your portfolio or reel demonstrating your art department work, highlighting any corporate or tech-related projects. While we provide most core tools and materials, having your own basic toolkit (e.g., measuring tape, utility knife, small hand tools) is a plus. Prep will be spread out over about two weeks leading up to the shoot, with the shoot itself taking place in early October 2026. We'll be providing lunch and snacks on shoot days, and covering local travel expenses within San Francisco.
